I was able to text the suggested number on the website with a question and received an almost immediate response! I so appreciated a real human answering my question with very helpful guidance. And when I received the wrong bracelet, I emailed and was told to keep that one and either enjoy it or give it to someone who could as my correct bracelet was being mailed out asap. What a great and personal business. I had an equally great experience at the physical store in Placerville, CA. I highly recommend this business!!

I love vibes up products. I started buying them when I lived in Reno. I use them daily to help manage pain. I sleep on the large mat, I wear the vest daily. I usually have a plate mat on my back and on some days I have a squishy on each hip. Amazing products. I buy plate mats when they are on sale so I can share with family and friends.

I recently bought the 5G bracelet and I am not too excited about it. It is way too big and bulky for my wrist, so I am wearing it on my ankle, but the velcro scratches my skin at times. I also don't feel any different. I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience.

i got a medium size earth (with two extras) mat. I use one in the mornings on a pillow on the floor to put my feet on for a while and I find my feet feeling more mobile especially for early morning circulation. Just one glitch that they were wrapped up so tightly that the edges are still curled after arival.
