The pads I received are super small and I thought they were larger like the last ones I purchased

Im pretty annoyed. First off i didnt get the item that i ordered and, while i did notify Vibes up of the issue i never got a refund for the price difference. It hurt all the more because i had to pay a whopping $100 in customs fees, which is more than the cost of the item i ordered. Add to that the shipping cost, combined with the fact that the item they sent me was of lesser value than the one i ordered, I spent almost 3 times more than the cost of the item that i received. While the customs cost is not within the control of Vibes Up, the refund is!

You do not have my product anymore which is Alight Clean Foundation , neutral medium23NM Instead you gave me Alight Mulit-Mineral BB Cream which I do not like.

The creams are AMAZING! I 100% recommend for happy skin!

I love the items I purchased- they are all reorders of products that I have loved for years. However, I was a bit disappointed to not receive any of the bonus items. * YOU GET 1 pt for each 30.00 spent. 479.50 divided by 30= 15.98* I did put in the notes/comments “I would prefer a collection, of your choosing, of any of the pendants, Gemstone earrings, Gemstone Trees, Comfort Bands, Black Labordites :)” It was a large purchase order and I always look forward to the goodies cuz I gift them. I felt this was my last BIG order due to no big sales going forward. So I was disappointed to not receive the goody bonus. The only time I haven’t had an over & beyond experience and it kind of saddens me and I hope this isn’t the new vibesup experience. Anyhow, I’ll be gifting some of my order still and passing on the love. I hope your move goes smoothly
