Overall, very pleased and happy. Minor, we bought for it, paid it, but in delivery, I had to get it off the truck. I am very happy overall with George, but when I order a refrigerator from Lowes, and pay to have it delivered and installed, I don't expect to have to remove it from the truck. The driver did help, but we did most of it.

Service, we worked with Don and he was excellent and he was very prompt at responding to my concerns and issues. My concerns were around the pieces I was missing from vendors. Don took care of the issue. Mistakes happen and I get that. Don really did a great job in making it right and it wasn't really your fault
