In terms of the young man who came out, he was very professional and helpful, took all the notes. Experience with him was good. You had a bundle ready pull at my location within four days and that was great. Expediency was our primary driver. The used racking looks new. All the components were included. So our experience was good.

Really, they did a great job, very receptive when I called to say it was time to assemble the racks. In fact, they had to come out three different times to do the install, and they were very receptive to coming out as many times as it took.
