Ordered the sugar free marble truffle cake since my husband is prediabetic, and must forego sugar and white flour. Wanted him to be able to enjoy dessert with Christmas dinner. It was a hit. Tasted nothing like most sugar free or artificially sweetened products (no after taste) we've tried in the past. Really good! It arrived well packaged, and on the scheduled date. Included were specific instructions about defrosting time etc. Because it's gooey, it was helpful that it was divided into individual portions. It was much easier to serve that way. It was very expensive, especially when you add shipping costs, so this isn't something we would order often. But, it fit the bill for a special occasion, and we really enjoyed it. Would order it again.

Their petite fours are excellent. I had them at a tea shop and had to have them for my family and friends at Christmas. They are not only beautifully decorated, but moist and so flavorful. The 12 piece box has a nice variety of the product. The order came on time (1 day early, actually). My only problem is keeping my will power in check and not ordering more!

If a firm states during the order process that clients with a Google email will experience difficulty with email communication, it is your first indication that your experience will be sub-par. Ordered a giant fortune cookie for my daughters birthday The order was placed 5 days before her birthday She did not receive the fortune cookie until 4 days after her birthday. Phoned 1-800-bakery customer service and was told my shipping would be refunded, to date it has not been.

This was a Christmas gift for my mother and her husband, which was excellent since it arrived on time and the tart along with the German Christmas bread were very fresh. Bakery.com never stops to amaze me with how careful they are to ensure that the items ordered arrive on time and just like they came out of the oven!

I wish I could post a,picture and show you what the brownie cake looked like it was sloppy looking and the Happy Birthday were all gone in the center. I ordered this for my daughter for her birthday. She asked me where did I find this place she was not impressed and I was disappointed
