Ordering and Delivery experience all good -- my son said the cookie part of the cake was good but the icing was rock hard -- hmm, icing is such the best part of a cookie cake.

Hi SKC The icing on cookie cakes is royal icing with is hard. This is so the cookie cake can ship without a problem. All the best, Chef Steve

The bakery had a question about the address I submitted for delivery and both emailed and telephoned me for clarification. I was very impressed that their customer service was so detailed. They seemed to really care that the birthday cake I ordered for my son was delivered on time. Great cake - super great customer service!!!

TOO PRICEY, THE CAKE WAS 19.95 W/O SHIPPING, IT WAS ENOUGH FOR MAYBE 4 ADULTS.

Haven't tried the cake yet but the price is too much for the little cake and no free shipping!

We sent the sugar free chocolate cake to our 93 year old uncle who is diabetic and he was so happy! All he wanted for his birthday was a piece of chocolate cake! Everyone at his party raved over the excellent taste of this cake. They said it tasted like "gooey brownies." Thank you 1-800-Bakery.

Stollen every bit as good (if not better), than what we had in Dresden, Germany 11/2016. Delivery date just as I had requested. Will order again. BF
