outstanding, we moved to a small town in NM from Seattle and to be able to have a great cup of coffee with an outstanding Croissant was such a treat - well worth the price - sooooo fluffy and nice!

We received some delicious Red Velvet Cake pops that were absolutely wonderful. I had made some myself for a friend's daughters bridal shower. It was fun but a bit difficult for a non--baker like myself. Yours get a 10 out of 10 in our opinion. Thanks very much

My son received his birthday cookie cake on time as promised. It was intact and even included candles! Although we are hundreds of miles apart on his special day 1-800-bakery.com made it special for him.

Thank you for the perfect delivery. Had sent a birthday coffee cake for my boyfriend's birthday in New Jersey and he really loved the blueberry cake - quality was very good and not so sweet also. The payment process was also swift with no problems at all especially for people from overseas. Their party accompaniments were superb - although it is an additional $5 it is really worth it and gives a small birthday party feel. I believe the cake came from Maryland, my feedback would be to include more local bakers so cakes can be sent freshly baked. Overall definitely recommend and perfect to send your loved ones in US.

We ordered a stollen - it was misdirected and did not reach us until 3 days after the intended date. We realized UPS was at fault, and 1-800-bakery did refund us the shipping charges - they were very nice. We decided to order another stollen for New Years Eve gathering - and placed the order on Dec 27 with a delivery date of Dec. 29. Our stollen is not here - once again UPS has misdirected it (it's been all over the US) and will not reach us until hopefully January 2. Again, 1-800 bakery is refunding our shipping. While we realize its not the bakery's fault - two times in a row make us reluctant to order from them again.

Hi Kathy I am sorry to hear UPS messed up two times for you. That is not good, we rely on them to do a good job. Please email me directly at stephen@1-800-bakery.com and let me know when you receive it. All the best, Chef Steve
