I had purchased before no problem everything was great. This product arrived in poor condition. I have pictures of both deliveries. We sent in picture of first to receive gift cart which have never received.

The delivery was on time but I never received a confirmation email for the order. I emailed customer service to ask about that but did not receive a response. What I ordered was very good so was pleased with that.
