i ordered something to be delivered on a specific date, it was apparently a work holiday, but no notification was given that it would not be delivered on time. they assumed the next business day would be fine, but it was not. i had to call and reschedule delivery. still have not gotten a confirmation email of the delivery date change

It was for my wife and she found it a bit dry. But I would say it was packaged pretty earlier than the delivery date and it was being carried by UPS for 2 days on the roads within state.

Although I had a problem with the cake being delivered to the right place (at college campus) and it was broken the fact that I received my full refund makes me happy and able to trust chef Steve. I will def want to try ordering again with them maybe cookies next time. Lol I am giving them 4 stars for refunding me the cost of cake and shipping.

It was easy ordering a giant fortune cookie. However, the cookie arrived hot. The chocolate was melted and looked disgusting. Had to be refrigerated. I'm not sure if I will order again. Was not satisfied.

It tastes good but has too much sugar. You can feet it crunch between your teeth. A light dusting of powdered sugar would be much better.

Sooo good! Purchased this for my mom's birthday, she's diabetic. We loved it! the only thing strange is it doesn't really have a gram cracker crust or anything, but still tastes great! Shipping was efficient and timely. Will order again for other occasions.
