I ordered a birthday cookie for my son and when it arrived, the writing and decorations on the cookie were all over the place, broken in pieces. It was a disappointment to see it delivered and the frosting was not in tact.

Hi, The cake was delivered on time. This went to a camp and they received it. Delivered On: Tuesday, 06/12/2018 at 5:09 P.M. Which is the day you asked. Diane said she has emailed you about your order. The people that work at the camp may have gave it to your son late. Sorry that happened but was not my fault. ~ Chef Steve

I gave it 4 stars because my friend loved the Black Forest Cake. I ordered as a gift and they sent it to the billing address instead of to him. So I had to add ice packs and pay to have it sent on. They said their was no invoice but I found it when I opened the box. So the online ordering was no very good and my friend got his cake late. He loved it and said "Best cake ever"
