The recipient of the coffee cakes and croissants I sent called me with rave reviews. They absolutely loved everything. I didn't get to taste anything, as they live in another state, but I plan to order something for us soon!

I have been sending b'day cakes to my children for last 9 years uninterruptedly only from 1-800-bakery far away from INDIA. I have to send at least 3 such gifts every year. However I dont find myself eligible for a discount, on the contrary your transportation charges are on the rise- my honest feedback

I ordered online and my confirmation email stated the delivery date was 00/22/17 so I sent an email asking if this was an error and to reconfirm my delivery date. I had not received a response after 3 days so I had to call instead. The lady I spoke to was most helpful and resolved the issue but I should have received a more timely repsonse online. The products (mini sugar cookies and bridal petite fours) arrived on time and all products were very tasty. However, the decoration on top of one third of the petite fours was smeared or flattened from the cover on top of them and there was was no way to repair so it was disappointing to have to serve them like that. I am glad to tried these products and was willing to pay the unreasonably high prices for the quantities not to mention the unreasonably high shipping this one time but the overall quantity and quality isn't worth the high pricing so I won't be doing this again

Excellent service... they called because I forgot some vital info on the delivery. I was not able to return the call until 2 days before delivery, 1800 Bakery completed info, did a rush and got the delivery to my granddaughter on her birthday. Awesome service... I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much!

My daughter said the honey cake arrived on time for Rosh Hashanah at her university. She was so pleased to have the wonderful honey cake we had 12 years ago in Prague and have never forgotten. I got credit for being the "Best Mom Ever"! Worth every penny!

The traditional celebration cake for our family is a Black Forest cake. The cake we ordered was for my moms 100th birthday...and was authentic, and delicious ! Other family members asked where we found it, and we will certainly order it for future celebrations! Thank you for a wonderful product

The blueberry coffeecake was a gift for my Mom's birthday and she loved it. She said it was the best she had ever had. It arrived just in time for brunch and she was extremely pleased. Will definitely be getting more baked goods from 1 800 bakery.

Shipped a birthday cake for the east to the west coast, arrived in one piece on time. And it was delicious I heard. Only small comment: UPS left the cake outside on the porch in San Fransisco. And it was a sunny day.

when i called my sister, on her birthday, in new jersey at 5 pm the cake had not arrived. i called the bakery and a very friendly and polite woman checked and told me that the cake had gone to kentucky instead! it would arrive in NJ the following day. i asked for my money to be refunded and this was done, but all the same the cake arrived at my sister's the next day. i can understand that the bakery cannot control what ups does, but it was really very heartening that they made up for it. i will certainly continue to be a client here.
