Very expensive $75.00 for 24 cookies. Took 3 phone call to get the delivery address corrected. Not a happy customer. More trouble then it's worth. Will not buy from again__. Only thing I can say, was delivered on time.

Hi Kevin The address you gave was a PO Box which UPS does not deliver too that is why Diane in office contacted you. It did take a few phone calls because we always try to make sure the address is correct. Don't want to miss a special event like a birthday because of a bad address. Then we look bad. My order was never delivered and I got no refund or anything from the company. I'm sure by the time I do receive my order, the sweets will not be edible since it has been quite a few days. **Update: Chef Steve reached out to me after posting this and refunded me on my order. I'm giving 5 stars now for the great and speedy customer service after my complaint. Will definitely give them a chance again and try to order another time. Thanks Chef Steve!

Sorry to hear your Petits Fours did not arrive on time. UPS says,"Melbourne, FL, United States 09/08/2017 6:30 P.M. Due to the impact of the hurricane, deliveries are delayed at this time." Looks like the plane was delayed the day before, not sure why. I hope you are safe where you are from the hurricane. Will have Diane refund your money. ~ Chef Steve

Your company extended their customer service via Diane to reach out to me to let me know my shipment to my Aunt who was turning 101 years old had arrived at her back door. That is something most companies would not do and I truly appreciated it. The good - order was correct - order was delivered on time The bad - the cake was poorly decorate + Sloppy design + Lacked a look of professionalism - the cake did not taste good - next time I will just order from Mrs Fields
