This is an A+ operation worthy of more than 5 stars. This was my second order from 1800 Bakery. Com and I will continue to order in the future. Also, the lady, Diane, in customer relations is most patient, polite, and helpful. Thank you. Ruth Keefe

My son was 2000 miles away at college for the first time and I needed a way to make sure he received a burthday cake. I had previously had received cookies as a gift from here. I sent him the cookie cake which had the hockey decorations. He absolutely loved it!! It was much nicer in person than pictured. Of course it only lasted a day! 3 pounds of cookie---gone. In addition it was delivered on time as promised and extremely fresh. Thank you for making this mom and my son so happy and his friends jealous. I am so pleased and would use you again and recommend you to everyone.

We ordered the chocolate truffle birthday cake for a coworker. It arrived without delay and it was carefully packaged and shipped in a cooler box so that it would not get messed up during transit. We let it get to room temperature and served it up. The cake itself was very good. Would order from this vendor again.

I needed to get a cookie birthday cake to my son in college fast. After looking through webpages of other cookie companies, I came across Bakery.com. I was nervous as any mother can be when it comes to her sons but was relieved when he called excited about how thick it was! His roommates did not mind the tasty treat either. I will use again and recommend without hesitation.

I placed two orders with Bakery.com and they went great! They were delivered on time, the cakes were delicious, and the custom cookies I ordered were beautiful. Their customer service department is excellent as well. All in all, a stellar experience. I am a very happy customer, and will use them again!

Easy to order, easy to navigate website, reasonable price, and package arrived promptly on time. All the good elements of a great transaction! My only regret, since I shipped this cake to family out of state, is that I didn't get to eat any myself, lol. But my family said it was absolutely delicious!

I sent this cake to my daughter at college for her 21st birthday. She actually didn't pick it up until the day after it arrived. She said it was packed well. The icing was frozen so it needed to thaw before eating - which is understandable. Due to being frozen, some of the icing chipped off. Again, that was fine. She said that the cake was delicious. The icing was not too sweet. She loved it!
