Yes, my recent gift box of delicious biscotti sent to my in-laws was left on the steps by UPS and before the family discovered the delivery a squirrel managed to totally destroy (and enjoy) the WHOLE BOX! I immediately contacted 1-800-bakery.com and they resent the order (which was graciously received) with absolutely NO HASSLE! Wonderful service!

Extremely well wrapped. Cake was only one star away from good to great. Could've had a few more blueberries and been a little more moist. I'll go to 1-800-Bakery.com again.

One of my closest friends live a couple of states over and I decided to use 1800 bakery to send her a birthday day. She received it on her birthday. She loved it. Said it was fresh and delicious. She was extremely thrilled to receive a birthday cake from me. This is the second time that I used 1800 bakery and on both occasions, I was very pleased.

I made the order to come on a specific date and it did not. Called twice and left message with "inquire about existing order" and did not get a response either time. Finally called customer service and they took care of sending order overnight, although it was still five days late. I would not have so angry had they had just notified me regarding the order not being sent. I am convinced that had I not called customer service the order would never have been sent. Never really did understand why it was not sent on time.
Happy Customer!

I placed an order for a party at the end of the month, and then the party was cancelled. The good folks at Bakery.com cheerfully cancelled the order and issued me a refund quickly. I appreciate their kindness.

I needed a King Cake for Super Bowl weekend. I ordered on Friday and it was delivered on Saturday. The cake was delicious. The $38 Saturday delivery fee seemed a bit steep but for this special occasion it was worth it.
