I purchased the sugar free chocolate torte, which arrived quickly. I took this to a group dinner and it was inhaled. Everyone commented on how they couldn't believe it was sugar free because it was so good. It is gone but not forgotten. People are still talking about the sugar free torte and how wonderful it was. Of course I gave 1-800-Bakery all the credit for such a delicious dessert.

Needed a last minute birthday cake for my son who recently relocated. I went online and took a blind chance on you. Had the cake (chocolate) sent to my son's office with 2 days notice. It arrived proudly at lunch time on his birthday. I am told it was packaged excellent with care & freshness. I heard it was absolutely delicious and a huge crowd pleaser. I missed a great cake, but didn't miss the occasion and happiness it brought. Thank you so very much!! So happy it worked out. Will order again in the future, and highly recommend.

My son-in-law loves petit fours so I find a new place every year...first year-Swiss Colony, second year-Dragonfly and you recently...Yours is their favorite, so hopefully I can remember the name of this company for years to come. Thank you

Ordered Red Velvet cake pops & chocolate chip cookie cake. I thought they would come from the same bakery. RV cake pops were excellent. The cookie cake was DRY & the frosting was extremely HARD. After 2 small pieces, we threw the whole thing out! This cookie cake came separately from a different bakery. This order was for my daughter's 16th birthday. I won't be using this place anymore, since I'm not sure of the quality I will be getting. Not sure who made the cake pops (Chef?), but they were excellent. Unfortunately, the cookie cake turned me off from ordering again. If I only ordered the cake pops, I would've given 5 stars. Shipping price was too high as well, but it was for a special occasion.

The taste was good but packing was not that type which promised. And the delivery man just drop at door and when we opened the cake it was damaged from upper sides. I send this to my mother on her birthday, and was dishearten after seeing damage cake.

My sisters mother in law died and they asked that no flowers be sent. I wanted to let them know of my love for them so I purchased the deal w/two coffee cakes. One blueberry and one apple cinnamon and had it shipped to their house the day before the funeral. As it turned out that was the best thing I could have done as they had 70 people there from out of town. The cakes were a hit and nothing was left! They were very thankful. There are always extra people to feed at funerals and next time I will probably do this instead of flowers again. Super service, super product!

Do you really care? Not sure why you charged me $19.00 to ship a little box a few miles up the 93 expressway.

First and foremost, the items I ordered (Lemon Lu Lu cake, Mountain Berry tart, and Marlenka Honey Nuggets with cocoa) were delicious, packaged extremely well and delivered on time... and I ordered just a week before Christmas! As for the service; personal, patient, and very quick! Unbeknownst to me someone had taken one of the deliveries and placed it somewhere in the house and forgot to tell me about it. Seeing that the online tracking said that it had been delivered, I was in a bit of a panic and called. Not only was the customer service, kind, patient and willing to help they went the extra mile and called ups who then called me, and then I got a follow up call from 1-800 bakery! Finding out in the meantime that the delivery had been accepted by someone in my house and that everything was fine and well, I apologize to all involved and would highly recommend them to everyone! I will be a repeat customer for the foreseeable future! Thank you for making our Christmas have that extra special touch!
