Had the Grand Marnier cake delivered to family for Christmas. They reported back that the cake had virtually no taste or smell of Grand Marnier and had a disproportionate amount of icing to actual cake. For the price, it was a disappointing experience and I'll be ordering cake from elsewhere next time.

I bought 2 packs of birthday petits fours. I delayed as they are expensive, but my daughter moved to a new job and I though sharing her birthday items would be a great way to celebrate. The night before her birthday at 6:30pm I received a call that they were out of birthday petits and could send christmas ones instead. Having no option, the night before her birthday as I was not local to her I agreed but expressed my disappointment. The next day, they didn't arrive. I called and there was a delay at the shipping company. They sent them for the next day delivery. I spent more than $100 and neither got the items I ordered or had them delivered on the right day. My daughter said they tasted good, but it was a very disappointing way to "surprise" my daughter on her birthday.

What can I say? I love your sugar free low carb chocolate cake. We have ordered two in the last two weeks. It speaks for itself. It is so good . Everyone at work who is on the diet doesn't believe me that it is sugar-free. I really wish you all would make a red velvet sugar free low carb with the cream cheese icing.

I ordered petits fours for my friends birthday on December 1st, the arrival date was December 9th. The evening of the 9th the shipping date changed to the 10th. My friend received them around 3pm on the 10th, she said they are moist, but the only petits four she likes is lemon. I understand everyone has different tastes. I'm not happy with them not arriving on time for the price I paid. My advice, shop around in the specific zip code you want your package delivered.
