My son is away at college. I wanted to send him a cake for his birthday I am SO happy I found 1-800-Bakery.com!! My son was THRILLED with the cake. I included the candles, which he said was awesome. He said his friends want to ask their parents to get THEM one too. In addition, I had to make a few changes to my order. All changes were immediately taken care of . EXCELLENT customer service and a quality product. I'll be buying from them again!

These were very pretty to look at and tasted very good. They were delivered promptly, in time for my event, using 2 day and overnight delivery. I ordered these because I had a difficult time finding Petit Fours in Chicagoland area bakeries. Most bakeries I called didn't know what a Petit Four was. Once I visited a couple of local bakeries, they stated that they could make Petit Fours with a 5+ days notice. But they couldn't show me any samples or pictures of their Petit Fours. I'd use 800-Bakery again.

Ordered several items to be delivered to different addresses during the holiday season. Later discovery of potential issues with recipients not at home for delivery on the target date led to me calling customer service to change delivery dates. All requests were cheerfully made. It's a pleasure doing business with 1-800-Bakery.com.

I ordered the blueberry coffee cake. I ordered it much in advance for a delivery on 25th Nov. They forgot to ship the cake out so it got delivered on 27th instead of 25th. Never the less it did manage to surprise my boyfriend and he loved the cake . It tasted amazing, it was moist and fresh.

They did a great job of getting this delicious cake to my mom for her birthday. My mother said several times how wonderful the cake was and she is picky about baked goods. Thank you for meeting my mothers expectations. I will be using you again. Brad

Ordered this for my son's birthday and it arrived right on time, looked exactly like the sample picture, and tasted great! I was very impressed with how well it was packaged, especially since it was raining on delivery day. I will definitely be ordering from this site in the future, and will recommend it to all my friends!!

I sent this birthday cake to my cousin for her 90th birthday. She's sharp, sophisticated, and has a discriminating palate. Here's what she wrote in thanks, "I had to tell you. That is the best cake I remember having eaten in all my 90 years."

I loved the surprise. The cookie was very good, but the icing was very hard.
