MY EXPERIENCE WITH TOP MOBILITY WAS FINE. THE EXPERIENCE WITH XPO WAS TERRIBLE. WE HAVE USED XPO ONCE IN THE PAST FOR THE SAME TYPE OF SHIPMENT. IT WENT WELL.
WE LIVE IN THE COUNTRY ON A SHORT GRAVEL ROAD THAT HAS SEVERAL OTHER HOMES. THE ROAD DOES GO UP HILL RATHER STEEPLY AT FIRST BUT LEVELS OUT WITH PLENTY OF ROOM FOR A SEMI TO TURN AROUND. THIS TIME - AT THE DRIVER'S DESCRETION- HE MADE THE DECISION TO NOT DELIVER MY SCOOTER. HE DID SUGGEST WE MEET HIM AT THE BOTTOM OF THE HILL AT THE CONJUNCTION WITH THE COUNTY ROAD AND HE WOULD OFF-LOAD IT THERE. ABSOLUTELY IRRESPONSIBLE SOLUTION. S0 - WE ENDED UP DRIVING 25 MILES TO EUGENE TO THE XPO YARD TO PICK UP THE SCOOTER. THEY DID UNPACK IT AT OUR REQUEST.
I REPEAT - OTHER SEMI TRUCKS HAVE DELIVERED TO HOMES ON WILLIAMS WAY, INCLUDING OURS. XPO MADE NO REASONABLE EFFORT TO RESOLVE THE INITIAL PROBLEM. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE RARELY HAVE A REASON TO ORDER FROM YOU BUT WE CERTAINLY DON'T WANT XPO FOR THE CARRIER AGAIN.

I had told the person d on that measured me for my scouter that I needed something to go to the store as ND to be able to goeith my grandkids well the scooter I got isn't working it get stuck when I put my stuff on it it get stuck it books d own coming from the river road I live on I have a highway that I have yo ride on t o get to the store it's and big hills to go up and it just we onnt keep up I am more depressed now th as n I ever was please d o u have a trade in opp for a more heavy duty one one with bigger tires so I dint get stuck please help me

1) changed shippers that made shipping to Canada more difficult 2) chair on arrival was not as described and quality was down over prior purchase 3) shipper instructions did not allow bringing the chair inside and 200 lb box was left outside on porch during Canadian winter

The order process was quick and easy. The shipment was quick and without any damages within a week from the order day. The only snag was a coupler for the lift to the car as a quick disconnect otherwise all was great and successful. The disconnect is being sent separately

I received my scooter and had a difficult time opening it because a piece was jammed and over extended making it impossible..a tech was suppose to call me back..never did.. left several messages with no response to salesperson. I finally got the situation corrected and the chair is working fine now but a little guidance would have gone a long way (and it wasn't operator error since numerous people tried to resolve the issue)
