We're sorry to hear about your frustration. We did actually respond to your email promptly explaining the situation, but we understand this has been disappointing for you.
Our system does provide several warnings and confirmations during the purchase process to help ensure customers select the right policy for their needs. However, we understand that mistakes can still happen.
We've gone ahead and processed a full refund for you today and cancelled the incorrect policy. You should see the refund in your account within 5 business days.
Unfortunately, we don't have a suitable policy available for your specific business type, so we'd recommend looking at other insurance providers who may be able to help you with the right cover.

It was very easy to purchase this insurance for a market stall and at a very reasonable price. I did it on a matter of minutes on my phone on a Sunday. I haven’t had a market stall yet but most applications require potential stall holders to have public & product liability insurance for A$10-$20 Million. So far so good.
