The online experience is fine – but feels a bit clunky and the UI and UX a little outdated. Something I would've loved is to see a table with 'what's covered and what's not covered', as well as a list (either in the purchase path or in the policy documents) of the 'mandatory regulations and guidelines' that the policy requires me to align with. Of course it's my responsibility to follow these, but it would be reassuring to know that AUZi and I are on the same page regarding what those are at the point of sale.

Finding and ultimately purchasing a quote for Public Liability Insurance as a market stallholder was an easy and simple process. References to other documents were clear, and pricing competitive. Documents were forwarded swiftly to my email address.
I phone but unfortunately no one was available to speak to me because of a local holiday. I do have. Preference for speaking to a real person.
Although I’m hoping to never be in the position to make a claim, I recall a wise saying : an insurance company is only as good as what happens when you do have to make a claim!

I found AUZI from online recommendation. So I bought the certificate online, and I am not sure why I didn't receive the certificate to my email. I contacted them and they send me the currency promptly. So I am happy with the customer service and the price is also competitive! I will use them onwards when I need to public liability insurance for my trade fairs.
