The customer service- The real test is when something goes wrong. The USPS box arrived with some clear tape from an in transit box break (not the shippers brown tape). I found an item missing. The same afternoon my box arrived, a replacement was shipped with only one question asked "would you send us a photo of the taped box", no other questions, no other charges!
The product- As good as I could expect. Welds were done well, paint finish good and zerk grease fittings to extend wear and reduce any noise. Great first time experience on this site, I did not have to be one of their top 10 buyers to get this level of service.

I have this kit installed on my 2015 silverado set at 4/6. The kit arrived very quickly even for it being shipped to hawaii. The kit its self is very high quality and the ride feels like oem.its a good thing we are mechanically inclined because the install instructions are very vague not well detailed. Would highly recommend this kit to anyone else.

Just had the 34170 kit installed on my 2015 Silverado LT 4x4.
set it at 4/6 with Dub 22's Truck looks great stance is dead even front to back. Ride quality is close to stock, with the stock 20's it's better than stock.

Installed the 44050 kit on my 2015 Ram.I feel the parts are high quality and easy to install but the front lowering spindles widen the front track width and stick the tire tread 3/4" out of the wheel wells! Yeah, maybe your woman won't notice but i see it! And it throws road slime up the side of the truck too! I like the 20" factory wheels i picked and don't want to buy new to change the offset.Looks like OE style flares are in my future which is a compromise and added expense.Just sayin!So you know!

Only shackles that fit 2011+ Silverado 2500's! Pretty basic install took less than an hr. Could have been fast but you'll find out Chevy but the bolts in backwards so enjoy removing the stock shackle. Great product though no complaints!

Awesome quality kit. Rides great. I'm at 5/7 and don't notice much difference from the factory ride. Instructions are terrible and not too many videos out there to assist. Better have someone that's done a flip kit and hangers on call to guide you.
