Our initial Active Era king size comfort plus air bed was great initially, really quick to inflate/deflate and top up and seemed really substantial. After 9 months it developed a very small split along a seam which let all the air out when inflated. I emailed Active Era with a photo and the same day they dispatched a replacement. We haven’t used it yet but cannot fault their customer service.
