Please may I have a reply to my email. Two double airbeds were received instead of one king and one double and I have not yet received acknowledgement of my email.
We have guests arriving in 2 days time, so I would appreciate your urgent response.

No issues whatsoever. For some reason it included a bag but it doesn’t sadly. Air bed not a problem with so far.

I bought these because I liked the mix of light browns and black. However, when they arrived they did not resemble the colours in the product picture. The true colours are black, very dark brown and red (not black, tan and light brown). So, if you want the actual colours in the picture you will, like me, be disappointed.

I have had 2 yawn mattresses in the past and ii spent more time on the floor then I did sleeping as it deflated 2 times a night, so when I saw the price of this I was worried. The bed is fantastic so comfy, stayed inflated for 3 days and nights with no deflation till I packed it away. Best buy I have made in years thank you.

This is my second air bed purchase from Active Era. I previously bought their single layer king size camping bed with the rechargeable pump which I have been very happy with. so when the occasion came to need a single airbed, I knew which company I was going to!

I initially looked on Amazon, but I am SO GLAD I came direct the the Active Era website as the prices are FAR better and MUCH better value for money. Even paying the extra £3.99 for next day delivery, I saved a fortune compared to buying from Amazon!

The bed itself is excellent quality as I expected. This one has a built in pump and inflated quickly, I would say less than 2 minutes (although I didn't time it to be completely honest) and it was just so easy - turn the knob and leave it to do it's thing!

I'm quite experienced with air beds, so I knew to inflate it to about 80% for the first time a few hours before I planned to use it, then top it up before sleeping on it. I am pleased to report that the bed did not deflate at all overnight :)

The bed was in constant use for about a week, so every morning I would let a bit of air out to take the pressure off the seams, then top it up again at night time before sleeping on it, and it didn't let me (or itself!) down once.

Another aspect of it that I LOVE, is that as well as the built in pump, it also has a manual inflation/deflation valve, so if necessary, I could indeed take it camping with no need for an electric hook up and blow it up using either a rechargeable or car battery powered pump. Making it entirely dual purpose!

I still have an old Aerobed (I don't think these are available in the UK anymore) double raised air bed with a built in pump, and that had no other option to inflate, meaning it's places of use were limited, so the extra manual valve on this bed was a nice surprise and a big bonus too!

Oh, and whilst not really a pillow as such, the raised area at the head end DOES make a nice difference! I usually use 2 pillows on any bed I sleep on, but on this one, I only needed to add 1. Bonus!

All in all, I am delighted with this air bed, and even more delighted I didn't buy it from Amazon! I can't recommend it highly enough! Thanks Active Era!

Great quality and very comfy for the price, really happy with it.

Very comfortable easy to inflate air bed, had guests this week and stayed inflated the whole time, haven't tried it myself but was assured it was as comfortable as a normal bed.
Quick delivery, no negatives at all

The inflation and deflation is fast and easy, nice and wide very comfortable to sleep on. Easy to get off and on of too! Only downside it did go down a little bit overnight.

I borrowed a double vomfort sir bed from a friend. I was so impressed by the comfort and quality that I ordered a King sized one for my newly converted attic.
I was expecting visitors and it wss used immediately with the kids arguing over who slept in the attic.

Loved it. Was really easy to set up and was very comfortable

Service was good, but not had chance to use yet

Very comfortable

Great product and service

Can't really review yet as not opened box but with all previous air mattresses, I am slightly anxious about future punctures. Fingers crossed

Used for 3 nights now. Bed was deflated each day and packed away and this only took a few minutes each time. Bed was comfortable. It did seem to lose a little air throughout the night but not enough to make it uncomfortable. This may partly have been the plastic stretching with it being new. The only downside so far is the smell when inflating and deflating which is extremely strong. Hopefully this will go away with time.

It is really comfy. No pillow is required because there is the head rest. Inflating and deflating is really easy by just connecting it to the electricity. Worth the price.

It seems like great quality. I've used it on a lake a few times and plan to get on a river soon. The camera mount has been useful and I can get everything in the bag

Scales didn’t work from day one. After jumping through hoops for customer service finally got a refund.

excellent bed, very comfy. Easy to put up and down
