Ordered and it got a tear in it! Company did replace it but currently have someone staying for a couple of days so used the replacement, it's first use!! Started to inflate then motor packed in when half inflated!! Absolutely shocking product. I've contacted Company but not heard anything back from them yet. I have a feeling that my replacement was a returned item,either that or there is a serious quality control issue!I will update when I've heard from the company but very poor product in my experience. I now have to find somewhere that's selling one local or my friends sleeping on the floor!!! Not happy 😒 😤

The guests said the bed was comfy, a bit noisy when inflating. Did deflate a bit during the night and the only real criticism is that it doesn’t come with a bag for storage. If it had the bag I would have given it a 5*..

We had looked at a number of air beds before deciding to purchase. Really impressed with ease of inflation and deflation. Easy to pack up and keep in bag. Really comfortable to lie on too. Appears really well made.

Returned for refund as faulty. Would not inflate, plus also showed signs of been used.

Firstly the delivery was dreadful, the parcel, that was very damaged, was left on the front doorstep for all to see ( it could easily have been placed out of sight. The outer wrapping was torn at both ends and the box was damaged in three places, I have pictures should you want them. The bed seems to be undamaged and stayed reasonably well inflated, Its very comfortable to lie on and we are looking forward to using it in June on a two week camping trip. It was a pity the courier did not take care with it and was lucky that the bed was not damaged. Thank you for what appears to be an excellent product.

I bought this for guests, and tested it myself (needs to be good enough for me to be for them!). Comfy - I slept well. Not giving it 5 stars because it hasn't stood the test of time and tide yet, but after 4 uses it's still fine :)

The first one deflated constantly and developed a bulge in the plastic within 2 uses. Contacted the supplier and after sending some photos in they have provided a replacement. This seems to be staying up and has no bulges. Time will tell

Very disappointed. Pumped this up two days before needing to use for guests. When they came to use it, the mattress deflated badly throughout the night and needed pumping up several times. Brand new with nothing wrong with it, second night same thing. Several hours in we had to deflate, take one of our kids mattress and that child had to sleep on a couch. Pretty angry actually!

I’m sure it will be lovely when I get the time to try it!

ACTIVE ERA SENT ME THE WRONG ORDER AND REFUSED TO REFUND THE PRICE DIFFERENCE!!

On December 31, 2024, I ordered 1 King Size Comfort Plus Air Bed and 2 Double Size Comfort Air Beds – all on sale. Active Era instead delivered 1 Double Size Premium Air Bed and 2 Single Size Luxury Air Beds.

At the time, we had just moved from overseas, and our furniture was still en route by container ship, so we decided to make do with the smaller air beds in order to avoid sleeping on the floor. I emailed Active Era with photos of the items they had mistakenly sent but explained that we had decided to keep the air beds and asked for a refund of the difference in price between what I ordered and what I received.

I received the following nonsensical response from Active Era: “I understand how frustrating it must be to receive the wrong items, especially during a move. Since you've decided to make do with the smaller beds you've received, please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with regarding this order. Should you change your mind or need further assistance, we're here to help. Feel free to reach out anytime. Take care and best wishes with your move!”

This response obviously failed to acknowledge my refund request, so I followed up again asking for a refund of the difference in price between what I ordered and what I received.

Several days later, an agent named “Abi” sent me the following response: “Thank you for getting in touch, I am ever so sorry for the mis-pick issue and for the delay in coming back to you. I have checked on this for you and regrettably the single Luxury air beds are £69.99 meaning the price of the goods you have received is more than what you have paid. If you would like to keep these air beds I am happy to leave ignore the price difference. Alternatively if you would prefer to return these, I can send out the air beds that were ordered?”

This above response from Abi was nothing short of ridiculous. The air beds had been delivered to us on January 3, 2025. By the time I received the email from Abi on January 13th, I had already informed Active Era that we were going to keep them because we had nothing else to sleep on. Suggesting a return at that point was meaningless. Worse, using the current non-sale prices to argue that I wasn’t owed a refund is outright dishonest.

Despite the pleasant tone of their emails, Active Era’s actions essentially cheated me out of the refund that I was rightfully owed. Active Era ignored their own sale prices and used current prices to cheat me out of money. That’s not just bad customer service – it’s shady. Their cheerful emails don’t change the fact that they refused to make things right.
