Purchased in August for a guest staying for 4 nights and all was fine. Deflated bed, packed away into storage bag and kept in our spare room/home office. Inflated on NYE for a guest to use and within 2 hours had gone down. Re inflated but went down again- guest had to sleep on sofa! Not at all impressed given how much we paid- I’ve had camping ones in the past that were used a lot, stored in a shed and cost a pittance that lasted for years! I will be contacting CS today to complain!

First impressions very good. The integral pump works well taking about three minutes to fully inflate. It was used for 2 days over the Christmas holiday and proved very comfortable though we did take the precaution of buying a god quality mattress topper to supplement the mattress. in all, so far so good.

after a night out with my pals, I am banished to sleep on the sofa, as I snore. decided to invest in this.
easy to inflate. no air liss that I could detect in 24 hours.
slept great and woke up with no bad back!
great it's so high like a bed so easy to get up..
wish I bought it before now

Bought the single bed a few months ago and it had a tear after a month so was apprehensive. However so far so good. Does everything it should.. very comfortable.east to inflate/ deflate.

We thought the bed looked great initially but it was damaged and unfortunately the company customer services has not been great this far. Awaiting this being handled in some way.

Extremely comfortable bed - easy to inflate etc and we’ll made.

Easy to use and quickly inflated. Guests slept well.

Bought to use at Christmas so not used yet...am pleased with the ease with which it inflated and has remained inflated.

Fully inflated the airbed is much smaller than the size stated on your website. It should be 191 L x 99 W x 53 H (cm)
Ours is 183 L x 92 W x 47 H (to the top of the pillow)
- so it is even smaller than the basic Comfort one you advertise!
Customer Service is USELESS - have been waiting over a week for a response to my initial email (numerous chases sent to both Active Era & their parent company without any response.)
Worst in class product & support.

Shame it came 2 days late, I guess courier fault…

arrived promptly Easy to inflate Comfortable and easy to deflate A very good buy

Feel comfortable and i like the pillow part.

I so wanted to love this air mattress. It looks good, it packs down well, it feels sturdy, and it has held air remarkably well for the first week that I have spent sleeping on it. However, unfortunately, the built in pillow makes it unimaginably awkward and uncomfortable to sleep on. I normally sleep on my front, and it is impossible to do so with any degree of comfort on this bed. I thought switching to my side or back might help, but, while marginally more bearable, I am still unable to get a decent night’s sleep without waking up to shoulder or neck pain. I am disappointed, as I thought this would make a nice bed for when guests visit, but I do not feel great about subjecting anyone else to this.

Sadly I never received the mattress

I purchased a single size camping air bed from Active Era, and I couldn’t be happier with the product. It’s easy, comfortable, and sturdy. I’ve used it multiple times for guests, and it’s been great.

I recently bought another, a king-size air bed via Amazon, and while there was a defect, Active Era’s customer service was exceptional. I reached out directly, and they responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. Special thanks to Filip for all your help!

Recommend both the product and the company. Excellent quality and fantastic customer service.

Purchased this item on my sons recommendation. Checked priced and found best was on companies own web-site so made the purchase. Arrived within the week of purchase. It was a nearly 10% cheaper on the firms own site. It is a heavy item but hut this is reflected in the quality. I was please to find a plug attached which is housed in a neat section of the bed so is not bulky. Find it easy to inflate and deflate. Once made up the mattress and base were firm but will take a few attempts to work on the perfect firmness. I personally found it a bit too soft but for occasional use is it perfect and can be used to travel with when visiting friends and family. Brought this to help over Christmas when a spear bed will be needed. Nice fabric top layer which will keep you warm. Need to ensure you inflate to a good firmness if sharing or you will find the little user rolling on the heavier on (might be just want you want thou). Nothing bad to say about it but a I guess the real test will be for a full nights sleep but can not see an issues. Wife loves it! Once deflated, I suggest you leave the value turned to deflate while unplugged. This helps any excess air out as you fold it up. Not quite able to get it back in the original box after use but when can you ever having unpacked any new product.

Good😍 Love it 😊

I order this single comfort plus air bed, it arrived on time, easy to set up within a couple of minutes.
I found it comfortable as I spend a far amount of time on it due to a recent knee operation. I would recommend this bed as it seems to be good quality, easy to inflate & deflate, rolls up small enough to store away. Great product.

I tried this out and air still comes out of it making it go down the picture says other wise

We purchased this for our New year holidays. It was easy to assemble and has been inflated and left for a couple of days with varying temperatures. It is currently still up and appears to have had little or no air loss. Having said that we havent slept on it which may make a differnce. Overall very happy with it.
