King Size Comfort Plus Air Bed – Navy/White
I am really impressed with the bed purchased by me. It's very well made, comfortable and easy to blow up thanks to the internal pump. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

King Size Comfort Plus Air Bed – Navy/White
This is truly brilliant as an occasional king size bed. It blows itself up to the perfect support and when it’s time to deflate, it does the same for you in minutes. I am very glad I went for the comfort plus version, as it has even greater support in the middle, so there is no sagging at all. My only concern is of course getting a puncture, but it has as thick a membrane as you can get, while also being able to fold up small and put in to its own supplied bag. I reckon if this lasts for a few years I am more than happy at the price and quality as I know it will allow a good sleep when needed.

The Comfort Plus air bed is very good. We have used a similar one from Active Era in the past and were encouraged to buy one ourselves. Not disappointed. Thank you.

Single Comfort Plus Air Bed – Navy/White
Didn't believe anything other than a real bed could offer a good night's sleep til I tried this Active Era air bed when visiting my brother. Went straight home and bought one for myself. So easy to set up and deflate. Will happily give up my bed in future when visitors come to stay.

Good bed, no customer service

Double Size Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
I ordered this bed to be delivered to a different address from my billing address. The autofill changed it to the billing address, which I found out as the order was confirmed. You can’t cancel or amend an order online, there is no phone number and no response to the contact form. The bed is fine (but I had to re-send it).

Single Comfort Plus Air Bed – Navy/White
This is our second Bed in 18 months as the first bed stopped working the second time we used it , unfortunately as it’s an occasional bed & we only used it once in the warranty period the manufacturer refused our warranty claim.
If your thinks of buying one the inflate it regularly in the warranty period .
Very disappointing experience with there customer service dept in the uk.

King Size Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
Tough to write a review for an item I literally just received! What I can say is that it is a replacement for an identical bed which developed a bulge at less than 30 months old and therefore I hope this one doesn’t do the same! One point I did note is it’s smaller, and slightly different material.

King Size Comfort Lite Air Bed – Grey/Navy
Ordered Monday and arrived Tuesday as promised. So easy to unpack, plug in and let the electric pump do the work. Fantastically comfortable with no need to re-inflate during the night. After use it packed away easily into the bag and is stowed away neatly under our bed taking up very little space. Will purchase another for our holiday home.

Single Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
I inflated the airbed and left it for a few hours before deflating and done this 3 times over a few days before using it. The bed held the air and i did not notice any difference next day in firmness. As it is only going to be used as a spare guest bed a few times a year i think the product is ideal. I even managed to fit it back in the box.

Awful Mattress and Terrible Customer Service

Double Size Comfort Plus Air Bed – Navy/White
I ordered an air mattress from Active Era as a spare bed, but it kept deflating, making it unusable. I followed their online return instructions and paid for the return postage myself, expecting a straightforward refund process. Unfortunately, I’ve only received automated responses, and I am no closer to getting my refund. It’s incredibly frustrating that there seems to be no way to contact a real person—no phone number or responsive customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. AVOID.

I didn't get the double good quality one I bought. I got a single cheap one. Sent photos etc. Nothing back from them. Robbing customers. I just wanted what I paid for. Beware of shopping with this company. Going to take it to ombudsman.
