Single Comfort Plus Air Bed – Navy/White
This is a replacement bed as the first one had a little leak, when contacting Active Era they were superb with their customer service, within a few days of contacting them a replacement was delivered to me. The one I have now is very good and I would definitely use this company again, they put customers first, well done.

Single Comfort Plus Air Bed – Navy/White
Bought 2 of the airbeds. One was absolutely fine and worked great, the other deflated slowly even without any weight. Requested a replacement for the faulty one, but took a while after chasing more than once. When the replacement did arrive, it tested fine. So we now have two working beds which we had ordered. I would have scored a 5 if the customer service had been quicker to respond.

Double Size Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
This airbed is sub-standard and deflates after a couple of weeks of use, not keeping air in for more than an hour or two making it unfit for a nights sleep. Please contact me asap for a refund.

King Size Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
I’ve not used as yet, but I’ve pumped it up. It’s a perfect size and it seems to pump up and deflate very well so I think it’s a very good goodbye.

Single Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
It has been inflated for two days now, giving it a week to see if there is any deflation.
If not then I would say it is an excellent product, comfortable and adequate size, decent strong materials used, if it lasts a week make that five stars.
