Double Size Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
Have not used as yet but purchased single bed last year and it is fantastic so as family is increasing decided to stay with the same bed as the first one was so comfy and easy to use also storage is fantastic fits in very tight spaces. Ordering and delivery were no bother and site easy to access,

Very comfy spare bed!

King Size Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
We bought this bed as a gift for our daughter, as they don’t have a spare bed and stayed over Christmas to test it out. Very comfy and loved the quick self inflation. Just be careful not to over inflate to make as comfy as possible. Express Delivery was a day late, but at least it arrived. When I ordered the same item through Decathlon, it said delivered but it wasn’t and Decathlon customer service was poor - just a refund in advance of Christmas. Grateful to Active Era for their quick delivery!

Double Size Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
Bought just before Christmas as our existing air bed deflated within 10 mins of inflating ( Not an Active Era)
Received within 2 days just in time for our visiting family. Worked really well especially with built in inflator being a game changer. Used over the Christmas period for almost a week and no issues at all. Comfortable and didn't need reinflating during that period. Only minor issue is that it is not the simplest to repack into provided bag. Would definitely recommend.

King Size Comfort Plus Air Bed – Navy/White
A lovely alternative to a real bed! Went up fast and deflated easily. Really happy with it. I might buy a topper for when it’s blown up…can be firm.

Haven't used it yet but looks good for the money but will have to wait until Xmas before my grandson will be using it. He is 6ft so keeping fingers crossed.

Spare-Part Air Bed Repair Patch
Never received it, but they want feedback. I've been waiting and requesting for support for weeks but they could not even check prior to requesting my feedback. Really poor and disappointing

Sturdy, Comfortable & Very Quick to Inflate

Double Size Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
We followed the set up instructions to the letter and have already had guests spend the night on two separate occasions. Both found the bed firm and comfy and there were no issues with overnight deflation. The raised pillow area is a great addition, as is the flocked surface. A reliable and hassle free guest bed.

King Size Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
Despite numerous emails (can’t find a phone no!) I still haven’t received my bed which was ordered in November
I was told that it had been returned as they couldn’t deliver the product (despite us being in at the time) & customer service would contact us ref redelivery…. Still waiting
Chased again by email…. Still nothing
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company … obviously can’t review the product

Disappointing

King Size Comfort Plus Air Bed – Navy/White
I ordered king size mattress specifically because the height was 58cm. I received a mattress 36.5cm heights. Not only my complain was dismissed, but the explanation was that they don't do this dimensions any more. However on the website still noone changed the new dimensions of the product, so they keep lying people like me looking for higher mattress!!!!

Double Size Comfort Air Bed – Grey/Navy
I found this to be an excellent quality product. Inflation is simple and very quick (no more than 2 -3 minutes) and the bed remains firm and comfortable needing no more than a 30 second top up every other day to maintain it’s initial firmness. I am very pleased with the purchase and fully recommend the airbed for more than occasional use.
