Despite ordering over a bank holiday, you confirmed the order and gave me the information needed. The airbed and pillows arrived as expected, the weighted blanket missing. Before I could query this customer services had emailed to apologise as it was out of stock, offering a replacement if suitable, this was dispatched and arrived promptly. I found the care and proactive contact to be exemplary.

We purchased a king size bed, which is the best blow up bed we've ever brought. It didn't take long for it to be delivered, less then a week and it was the week before Christmas also.
