Good product with good information available on the site to decide between models and price. Delivery was quick especially given the time of purchase - Christmas.

Ordered late on Sunday before Christmas order was processed and dispatched by next day . Delivered by courier the following day. Bed has been great buy my daughter has been sleeping on it for 8 nights and it's not needed inflating again and she said its vety comfy, inflating though is so easy.
I would say it's more a double sized matress

Quick delivery. Did email as wasn’t notified of dispatch but arrived quickly. The email wasn’t answered until after the bed was delivered

Ordered the bed after reading favourable reviews online. Pumped it up when it arrived and within 30 minutes it had deflated. I found the hole and send an email with a picture. It took three days to get a response and they have no telephone number to call. I was in desperate need for the bed and I was left sleeping on the floor. When they eventually got back to me the seng a replacement out quickly. I had 3 nights bad sleep and back pain because the quality of the first mattress, no telephone customer service and slow response times.

Actually send the item a customer has paid for! Respond quicker to queries. 2 weeks and no air bed that was 'next day delivery'. Still no resolution from customer services.

Airbed was received promptly and as described. The airbed is easy to inflate and comfortable to sleep on, I’d highly recommend it
