Item was never actually delivered. Returned back to Active Era without even attempting delivery. Now have to wait 7 days from lodging problem with Active Era to hear back from them as cannot get in touch by telephone only by email or submitting the problem on the website. Poor customer service.

Although the Single Comfort Plus Air Bed ‘s Length is 1.91cm, a person that has height 1.85cm is not going to fit which is misleading.

I received a faulty air mattress, which did not inflate but made a loud noise when attached to the electricity. The company initially replied that they valued the quality of their products and that their engineers would look into this. After several attempts to contact Active Era, I received no further response and have been forced to return the mattress at my own expense. I would not recommend the company, nor their products! Perhaps if I had made the purchase via Amazon I would have had better service!

Ordered a double airbed, but changed my mind and needed to get a refund so I could order a single instead. They processed the refund super quick. The airbed looks really good quality, inflates and deflates very quickly. Not slept on it yet, but feels solidly built. Very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent service from date of purchase to delivery within 48 hours by Yodel. Still to make use of bed as it is for guest purposes at later date but when fully inflated it certainly looks the part and very firm. Product description prior to purchasing was what attracted me to buy.

still isnt resolved customer service slow/non existant .I'm still stuck with the faulty airbed that doesn't work .and nobody is contacting me after several emails to the help @active era email address .there is no phone number to contact either. Absolutely disappointed I wont be ordering from here again .

After a couple of use, the built in pump stopped working and started making strange burning smell. So we contacted them for warranty, they never responded. We still have no reply and left with the faulty product. Tried to call them , never answer. Bad product and bad customer service. Won’t recommend or won’t purchase any product again.

Order was due to be delivered next day (Friday). Received text from Parcel company saying delivery delayed by 24 hours. Not delivered on the Saturday. Emailed Active Era, no response. Not delivered Monday, still no response from Active Era. Finally delivered Tuesday, 4 days late, and nonresponse yet from Active Era. Shocking standard of customer service
