Great service but so far not happy with the bed , fifth night of using and deflates badly every night - I am following the suggestions made - if it continues I will be in touch to arrange a return as I’ll be sleeping on this for a month whilst I have an extension.

Excellent product. Inflated really quickly, folds away to a reasonable size. Very comfortable to sleep on. Would definitely recommend this product. Quick delivery service.

No problem with service, but the delivery company rather let them down. Only notified of delivery date on the day of proposed delivery. No option to give details of safe place to leave as they stated a photo was needed in an open doorway, and no opportunity to leave neighbour details for same reason. In the event the package was left out of sight by a delivery driver with common sense so all was well in the end.

I thought that the service was excellent. The website was very detailed and informative, telling me everything that I needed to know.
The purchase process was very easy to follow. I also thought that the delivery time was excellent. Having made the purchase on a Saturday, the airbed arrived on the Tuesday, which where I live, in the Highlands, is right up there with the best.

My guests used it for a few days and loved it. We struggled to find a double bed (not king size) and so for we’re really pleased with it. Quick and easy to inflate/deflate.
