Active Era resolved the issue I asked about, very good, no problems, but it just takes too long by email. Could possibly be up to 72 hrs to reply. Plus no customer phone line is a negative.

Customer service unhelpful and don’t want to admit they have false advertised where delivery is concerned.

The information about the product was very clear. The order was easy and the product arrived quickly. I haven’t actually slept on it yet but it looks and feels lovely. I would recommend.

I bought it Thursday night and it was delivered on Saturday. Good courier service.
Setting up is as simple and fast as described. We have tried it a few nights. Very good. A topper should make it more comfortable.
Very happy with the purchase .

Brilliant product, arrived very quickly and survived a night in wales during some very strong wind and rain. Dried off by itself the next morning, folding away can be complicated but do it a few times and you’ll be laughing.

It shows delivered however we have not yet received the air bed. We have guests arrived and it is very embarrassing that we don’t have the bed yet after spending money

Read the reviews before purchasing and were sceptical about quality of sleep on a blow up bed, but 4 nights on, in our new home pre furniture move in, we are delighted with our choice. More comfortable nights sleep than we could have ever expected, given some awful experiences we have had with hotel beds! Right height and so easy to use.
