Packaging (box) was badly damaged. The delivery packaging was undamaged therefore it was packed damaged. Being an air bed I’m now unsure if it will be damaged or not. I’ve emailed customer services and they are going to reply within 72hrs. Nothing back yet.
Bought two others at the same time they both seem ok.

Great paddleboard at a great price

Excellent product (single inflatable bed). Fast delivery.

Very pleased with the paddle boards and the service provided and the response to my query

Quick delivery - would recommend

Great service

Product and price very good (although paddleboard not yet tested on water) , BUT Yodel delivery service very disappointing.
Next day delivery was expected and planned for, BUT didn't happen, despite driver being within 5 or 10 minutes of delivery address.
Without contacting recipient or person who placed the order, the delivery was suddenly put off till the next day. Not convenient for working recipient.
Address and delivery information on parcel were very clear, even with a contact telephone number.
This is not directly Active Era's fault, but perhaps a more reliable delivery service would be beneficial to the company.

Very good so fsr

The order was scheduled to arrive on 7th September and it arrived one day late. This was disruptive as the plan was to use the active era airbed as a replacement bed whilst moving house. I raised the request through the online system on 7th September querying where was this order was and flagging how disruptive to my plans this delay was. I received a response on 12th September! In the response, the agent only queried whether the order was delivered on Thursday, 8th September, glossing over the fact that the delivery was late and disregarding my feedback on how disruptive the entire process was. Perhaps it is worth mentioning that Yodel marked parcel as 'delivered' without physically delivering the parcel to my address. The driver did not supply a photograph of where the delivery had been left and it took a few days of chasing before finding out that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Based on active era website, one gets the impression that this was reputable and reliable company, but my first purchase experience suggests otherwise. The response from the agent who showed no ability to appreciate my situation and the extent of disruption this late delivery caused attests to this.

Excellent thanks

Unfortunately I still haven’t received this product and you really need to look into the courier service you use. Waited in on a specific day only to be told by the customer service team that of the 4 attempted deliveries only 1 delivery showed the driver in the street, the other 3 they didn’t even try. Shame as I really wanted this product but I have asked them to return!!

Really poor. Very slow. Would never use again.

Easy to order . The order arrived quickly and the quality of the equipment seems good .

Fabulous inflatable mattress, delivered next day, brilliant service, thanks!!

I am missing the belt for the package, but everything else looks good, it's for a Christmas gift so won't know if it's okay till then

I had a query with the price, as it increased quite a bit from when I enquired about the product to when I bought it. The lady I spoke to said no problem and refunded me the difference. She was polite and sorted my query very quickly

Excellent product does exactly as stated inflates and deflates in 3 minutes very comfortable no roll together would definitely recommend

Free next day delivery. Great price. Spot on.

Despite being a bank holiday the delivery came very quickly. The king sized bed came well packaged and was quick and easy to inflate. I would highly recommend both the company and the product and would definitely use Active Era again.

Arrived as promised, great product !
