The mattress keeps deflating which has got worse. I have tested for punctures using soapy water but I can’t detect any. I am very disappointed and desperate for a solution to fix or get replacement as I need the bed

I asked about the difference between two blow up beds made by Active Era. The reply was just information copied and pasted from the website, which I had already looked at, and didn't provide me with the information I had asked for. So, not impressed with customer service.
On the plus side, I did order one of the beds, which, so far, seems to be of good quality. Time will tell.

What service , no parcel delivered after a week
of placing my order. Three days on a web chat with Yodel but still no parcel. Would be useful to be able to speak with a human at Yodel and Active Era, but in all honesty they have refunded me now. Will never order again from a website where Yodel are involved. Companies need to abandon this company

I'd love to tell you the product is fantastic but i cant as i havent received it yet even though it was on a next day delivery and is 5 days late !! I cant get through to their chosen courier Yodel and when i called into Actice Era to say cancel the product as i needed it for last weekend I was informed to send a mail to their customer service and then got an automatic reply saying they'd reply within 72 hours! What a joke.
Everyone is charging more for things now and giving a totally cr*p customer service and blaming Covid. Not acceptable. It's boring and i've had enough of it.

I ordered air bed for my parents in law, for their visit. Parcel came very quick in deed.
I didn't try bed for next few weeks after order was delivered believing that product with such good reviews is good quality I opened it when my parents in law came from my country. Everything worked perfect, pump pumped bed within few minutes. Early morning my parents in law shown me the bed, it was half-flat, they basically slept on the floor. Bed wasn't used beyond limits as both my parents in law are under 70kg weight. Bed was delivered damaged, unfortunately 30 day return period gone already so I didn't contact customer service, as it was probably pointless.
I added picture, bed collapsing under pillow weight a 5 hours after pumping.

Ordered day one and came day 2. (GOOD)
Ordered 1 week ago and still not able to inflate the board as there are parts missing. Emailed the day I received the paddle board with the email reply, 'someone will respond within 72hrs'
Still waiting..... holiday is now over and won't be able to use the board until next year!
Very disappointed with customer services as no one has been intouch apart from this.... asking for a review!
Thanks for preventing me from continuing my sport holiday!!!!

The airbed I ordered online arrived in less than 24 hours. As I live in a fairly remote part of North Devon, I was most impressed. In addition the price direct from Active Ere was the best available.
