I ordered a king size plug comfort air bed mattress. It arrived safely & well packaged. Unfortunately after one day of use it started to leak air through the electric pump unit. I'm waiting for customer service to get back in touch after filling out the appropriate on-line form. Hopefully this problem is resolved shortly.

Organised a return to sender for a late item, waiting for a reply and a refund after email sent. No reply

Contacted Active Era twice about a product fault and no response to my first email 9 days ago, and no means of contacting the company by phone. Disappointing experience.

The air bed we ordered for the bank holiday never arrived, I’ve contacted Yodel twice and had no suitable answer to why it want delivered. Contact the seller waited for response which never appeared. I’ve sent an email to cancel the order as I sourced an air bed from another supplier, very disappointed.

Highly recommended. Very fast delivery - next day in fact. Both my daughter and son have used the bed and have commented on how comfortable it is. Compact for storage too.

They can improve by responding to enquiries! Not having a telephone capapbility does not help. And then I have sent 4 emails in last week and not one has been responded to. Appalling! Lucky you get one star in all honesty. I have made a complaint on TrustPilot.
We received a new airbed mattress and it does not inflate or deflate electronically.
A total waste off time and I want my money back now!

Quick and easy to inflate and deflate, very comfy to sleep on. Doesn’t take up too much space when stored away.
