Turned up on time.

I’ve been asked for my feedback even though I’m yet receive my product.

I ordered on 15th August and two days later received an email to say it has been shipped, together with a tracking number. I was told to download the tracking app where I could manage my delivery. The tracking number wasn’t recognised and I couldn’t get through on the Webchat.

Eventually, after speaking to 4 operators, I connected on web chat who said my postcode was wrong AND the tracking number wasn’t recognised. The postcode was my error and they said they could alter it for me.

On Monday 22nd they confirmed that the post code had been changed and I would receive the mattress on the Tuesday. We stayed at home on Tuesday. I contacted them in the afternoon and was told the mattress was out for delivery, I was told to wait until 9pm. It never arrived.

I contacted them on Wednesday and was told that the the driver never had a postcode from the start of the order and that the order had to be sent back. They could not explain why I was told it was out for delivery.

I have also sent an email to Active Era directly in the hope they will reply. They have no phone number for me to use and the tracking does not work.

I moved house flats and needed thr mattress as a temporary fix until my real mattress arrives.
Having read great reviews, I am really disappointed by the poor communication. I take full responsibility for my error with the postcode but the lack of an accurate tracking number and false comms by the tracking service meant I could not rectify something very simple.

I was going to order from Amazon but thought it would’ve easier if I dealt with Active Era directly. I still hope they can remedy this.

Excellent product, excellent customer service

I purchased 2 SUP kayak boards,, they arrived the next day as promised. Upon opening them I noticed that although both were in the same box and model numbers one bag had grab handles and rucksack straps while the other hand just rucksack straps, strange but no big deal. Inside one the attachment to the pump was not present, I sent an email now over a week ago, I got an immediate generic answer saying at these busy times it might take a while to get back to you but still no reply. NOW A WEEK later I have noticed after 2 uses and cleaning everything down afterwards the buckles for the seat have stuck, the springs have rusted and the clip that holds the paddle has cracked, the other one is loose and the paddle twists when in use. Because I have 2 I am able to say for certain that this is not a one off bad one they are all made this cheap and will not last. The board itself is good but if I just wanted a cheap good board there are many better deals out there without the cheap fittings. Don't be fooled you can buy a seat and add it to most paddle boards

Bed was great, it was very sturdy which I wasn’t expecting, also delivered the next day!

The airbed I purchased came with a hole in. I emailed your customer services but did not hear back. I will be sending this back.

Good product in solid packaging delivered on time.

Quick to order good price, delivery was a pain, asked dpd to leave in our "safe place" if no reply, we saw the van turn up, before I could get downstairs and open the door he'd taken a picture of the house next door and said no reply unable to deliver, that was very frustrating, fortunately the driver the next day delivered OK.
