The air bed and service was great unfortunately I can't get on with the airbed but will make a great guest bed when we have visitors

Great service and delivery on time, quality of bed feels very sturdy and comfortable to lie on. The only issue is that the bed tends to lose air during the night even after ensuring it is properly inflated. Have used it three times and it has lost air hopefully on the fourth the bed will stay inflated.

They don't have a customer relations phone number, nobody to talk to , only an e-mail, and that doesn't solve any problems. They sent me a faulty product and they didn't change it. It's been 2 weeks and still waiting.Very very poor customer relationship.

Over one week since I contacted active era and no response to my faulty product issue. I’m on a camping trip and first night the bed deflated. We have two other active eras that are perfectly fine so this one is a huge disappointment and left us in the lurch in the middle of France with no bed for the night.
