Order incomplete. The beds are great but they didn’t send all of the items in the list and they haven’t responded to my email to get the other items sent

Great service! Order arrived less than 24 hours after placing it on the website, and the bed is really comfortable. Very happy with the purchase

Good quality air mattress. Delivered on time. I've used it only twice so far, but have had no issues with deflation. Bed is quite comfortable too. It's not quite king-sized though!

Everything arrived quickly and with no problems. The inflatable beds we ordered are great and the pump blows them up so quickly. Very comfortable.

Horrendous. Cancelled an order immediately after placing it and realising it wouldn’t arrive in time, only for them to dispatch it anyway! They’ve ignored all emails I’ve sent since to arrange collection and refund. I can’t find a phone number anywhere. Shocking; I’d never use or recommend them again.

Purchased item (Stand Up Paddle Board with Kayak 2-in-1 Conversion) based upon reviews, and Active Era were great. From initial order to delivery, communication was great. And purchasing item through installments removed single big payout.

I can't review anything because I still haven't got my order yet and I have been asking the delivery company to deliver it for a week now and nothing. I paid for the next day and yet nothing. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS NOW BEFORE I SUE AND GET MY MONEY.
