5 stars for the excellent board and active eras customer service would definitely buy again from them , only let down was the delivery service by yodel

Great product and delivered quickly and efficiently.

Easy to order and speedy delivery

Fast delivery. Easy to get in contact with. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends

It has stopped working after a few days now only shows 0500 on the screen. I have tried changing the battery but that did not work.

Firstly the customer service is excellent, both next day delivery and after care. It's a very rare thing.
Secondly, the paddle board is really really good. I spent a very long time looking and viewing different inflatable paddle boards so I chose carefully. I also saw a lot of paddle boards in use on holiday and this one is inline with the ones 2/3 times the price but with more features. These were the product unique selling points:
- high grade tough pvc with reinforced mesh. This is so tough it took heavy hits against rocks and sand without any pictures. It will scratch like a strong plastic only on the eaviest hits.
- sturdy structure, reinforced with multiple layers and thick strong military grade pvc. Does not bend or give even in waves.
- high floatation. It took my weight (12 stone) and my son's weight (8 stone) at the same time easily. At one time there were me and 2 kids on (29 stone in total), and it we were still fully afloat and able to paddle.
- strong oars with two setting for either paddle board or double kayak style
-: additional feature of removable sit down fix in chair and foot bar was great and not common.

No response from my email to Customer Service as yet, sent 6 days ago. Premium airbed so creaky it can't be slept on, and also much shorter when inflated than stated. Needed for a guest in 4 days time. You need to provide a telephone number we can call.

if After the use available a box for keeping safely good..... it's perfect.

Ordered king bed arrived when stated and in excellent condition.I had forgotten to claim my 10%discount at the point of sale , emailed them after the bed was delivered and they refunded me my 10% excellent service

Not had a chance to use the paddle board yet But it looks ideal and great value for money

Sorry to report-Dreadful service -why not have a contact number to help your customers should there be a query. Emails are not being responding to in a timely fashion -you wait days!! Sadly did not even get a chance to try the product.
My bed did not arrive the next day as stated. The bed was ordered before the cut off on Tuesday- advert states next day delivery, should have been delivered on Wednesday but did not arrive - yodel should have delivered the bed Thursday but didn’t attempt too!!!
And Friday was too late as we went away.
Still waiting for a reply to my email and my refund!!!

Goods arrived on time and as described.
The air bed is comfortable, and so easy to inflate and deflate.
A fantastic upgrade from the usual beds from elsewhere.

Quick delivery, received item next day

Very impressed with item and would recommend to friends.

The process was good I.e. purchase and delivery. Unfortunately the bed is losing a significant amount of air without any weight on it .... this requires topping up and using additional electric after a couple of hours. Sleeping for 5 hours rendered the bed quite soft.... not totally deflated , but not great. Other beds I have used have stayed pumped up for a minimum of 48 hours before needing any top up at all.

Ordering and delivery were efficient and speedy. The bed was a gift but we understand it is very comfortable and quick and easy to put up.

Good communication, quickly despatched and arrived the next day as requested.

I had been looking at a 2 in 1 paddleboard for some time and decided on the Activeera one. To say I was not disappointed would be an understatement. It is an excellent product and extremely good value. Not used it yet but have inflated it to check it out. Such a sturdy product that will hopefully give many years of service. As for Activeera, I have nothing but praise too. The service was speedy and I was kept well informed. The product arrived as described and within the next day delivery as stated. Very good considering it was Bank Holiday weekend. Overall, thoroughly recommended

I give 5* for the fact that it arrived so quickly, I wanted to try this bed before putting any guests on it the first night it did deflate a quite a bit while sleeping on it ( but it does say this so it was to be expected) but I thought it was ok as it went soft, so the next night my husband pumped it up and I found I had the most painful night sleep so I think that I will have to buy a topper if I have any guest or family to sleep on it

The service was exactly what you said it would be ,on time and delivered in perfect condition
