By employing someone contactable within 24 hours to deal with problems.
I thought my transaction hadn't gone through so ordered again and realised with in minutes it had been duplicated.
Your response 3 DAYS later was not to accept both parcels that were delivered 1 day later, so useless advise.
I requested a returns label as I tried everything to stop this, but was denied this, what a shame that my customer experience amounts to nothing with your company.

It is better than I expected. Delivery is on time, quality is good. Firm enough to support the body. Inflate in 3-4 mins for a King-size air bed. It is good to recommend to others.

Horrible experience. I’ve bought my scale 5 months ago and it stopped working. It’s innacurate. I tried to contact the costumer service 5 times and haven’t get any feedback

Scales say they are connected to the mobile app but the app does not display any weight information. Emailed about returning the item but got no response. Poor product with poor support.

Next day delivery as promised. Product is as described. Could not find a better price online so wanted to buy direct from a small business, rather than support a chain selling at the same price, making a profit.

Although there was a problem with the delivery not being received, the post sales communication from Active Era was very good and re-assuring. A replacement was sent out immediately
