Impressive service with delivery within 2 days the week before Christmas. Helpful live Chat facility on-line and very happy with the air bed, inflates in 2 or 3 mins and very sturdy and comfortable. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Active Era had a product which from customer reviews seemed to be the one to go for. Ordering was straightforward using Active Era's website and the item arrived suitably packaged and promptly.
Assuming the item continues to give good service, I shall be very pleased.

Overall excellent. Dropped one star because I used the online chat facility to discuss a feature of the item I wanted to buy. I was informed the product did not have this feature, which almost led to me not buying the product. When the item arrived it did have that feature after all! Quick delivery.
