Paid for next day delivery, never arrived then told it would come one week later. Very poor service and did not have the camping kit in time before leaving on holiday. Extremely disappointed!

Fast delivery, very comfortable bed, great height. I would love the holdall to be a little more robust as the stitching came away when I tried to pack the bed away. I have seen beds with much stronger canvas holdalls. I?m hoping Active Era take this into account for improvement. Nonetheless can?t fault the bed.

The bed was delivered the next day, without having paid any extra! I inflated it for 1.5 minutes, as advertised on the box but the length was only 180 cm and not 187 cm, so I wrote to ask why. I was asked to inflate it for 3 minutes and measure again and, indeed, it had grown! So I wonder why it says 1.5 minutes on all the advertising?
The prompt reply by "Hanna" was very helpful and I could not fault their follow-up service. Would thoroughly recommend.

I asked to refund the item. Sent two messages no one got back to me. If I could give 0 stars I would but it wouldn?t allow me to comment until
I give it 1 star.
I give it 1 star.

Easy online ordering, and arrived within couple of days.
Only grumble is the delivery. Parcel was left behind gate on top top rubbish bin - not really clean place. I had requested on line that if no one is in to deliver to neighbours on either side of house.
