Very comfortable air bed. The option for hard and soft regulation is my favorite part (the inbuilt pump is nothing new, but here it is implemented brilliantly). I recommend this bed to anyone who wants a good alternative to a big kingsize with the option to have your room free all day after the great night of sleep. I even consider getting one more just to have a backup when I have guests over.

Customer service was excellent and followed my ordering problem through. The ordering problem was not caused by Era itself but my IPad deciding I didn?t need the air bed and failing to send the order! Customer service I dealt with were polite, helpful and took on board my problem. I reordered and the air bed was promptly dispatched to my address. Very happy customer. I haven?t tried the new air bed yet so cannot comment on it.
