I have paid for an item, your courier has lost it and your customer service member wanted me to solve it with the courier.
So I have paid and received nothing.

Its difficult to rate the product. I am currently waiting for your couriers (Hermes) to see why someone has forged my signature and where they delivered the mattress.

I think when I made the purchase they could have specified when I am going to get the product delivered. Even after emailing them after the purchase no one bothered to get back to me with the delivery date. So, I think they should refund back the whole amount I paid as goodwill gesture for not providing the great customer experience.

Easy to order, good interface on web as well as the packaging.
Packaging arrived very quickly, well packed, and with an inspiring note from the CEO.
We believe Active Era takes pride in excelling in both product quality and customer service.
An extended warranty invitation came promptly, again, very quick to do, without intrusion into your life history.
5 stars, looking at other products of Active Era now!

Delivery as promised. Contents short on explaining the Patch Rep[air System. Are the little yellow squares the patches and do they contain glue. Not happy with no explanation.

I placed the order late at night, the item arrived one day earlier than I was told.
Once I unpacked the item, the instructions are easy to follow. I am not a slim person, I weigh 18 stone, I am 6ft 1inch tall, the bed is suitable for me and I have never had a better night?s sleep, it is very comfortable, in fact more comfortable than my double bed.I would recommend this bed ten out of ten.
