After considerable research, i have bought my first Air bed from Active Era based on the reviews left by their customers. I have only used it for couple of nights and it is a well built product with quality material that appear to endure long period of time. The electric pump is not that noisy as I had expected to be, and does inflate under 5min. The only concern I have is it needed a top up inflate after several hours.. Not sure if this will be required on regular basis, so will need to watch this as I continue to use it.
I will recommend it based on its quality material.

Bit of a mix up with the delivery service provider
I was left not knowing if the item had been shipped or attempts had been made to deliver
Spoke to Karen K on live chat and they were able to provide me with the tracking number and finally locate my order
Simple yet effective customer service which I really appreciated

Eventually my query got answered, but they didn't answer my two simple short questions. All I got was a standard pre prepared answer.

I bought these scales after reading previous reviews. The price was very reasonable, free postage too. I was kept up to date with my order?s progress. I love these scales and they are very accurate. The company really seem to care about their customers which isn?t the norm nowadays. All in all I would definitely recommend!

Excellent service and delivery. Kept informed of times and actually arrived a day earlier which was a bonus. Bed appears to be very comfortable and inflated and deflated within minutes. Would highly recommend this purchase and company.

Bed arrived next day as promised. It was easy to inflate and set up, albeit a bit heavier than I expected. After a weeks use, I can say it is very comfortable, fitted sheets stay firmly in place and it needed only minor extra inflation. It exceeded my expectations, and excellent value at half the price of an equivalent AeroBed. Highly recommend.
