The service was very good, but I would like to tell you about the outer box it was delivered in, it was far to big for the scales I bought, and where it was so big the scales must of been on the move inside the box all the time, the box was bashed about and torn.

Top quality product backed up by excellent people. We bought the Premium Single air bed and were so impressed we bought a second. Both were delivered within days and the discount applied to the second and benefits of extended warranty on both as a VIP member complete our excellent experience with Active Era

Didn?t give 5 stars because there is no phone number to get hold of a person to speak to , this stresses me out if there is a problem , all communication is by email, having said that I?m very pleased with this product so far , bed has been up 3 days and only topped up once
