Disappointing to be honest. The airbed is premium in price but not in quality. The item arrived in impressive packaging but when inflated for the first time, overnight half of the air in the bed was gone. It was filled a number of times since and every time it became soft and slumped within a few hours. The airbed was needed for guests visiting over this weekend and this was explained to the customer service executive who did nothing to resolve the issue. I was hoping they will send a replacement immediately, jst nothing came. So we had to go somewhere else and buy another airbed which the guest was able to sleep on. This airbed was half the price but was perfectly inflated throughout the night. The Active Era bed is back in it's box and is going back to where it came from. Thumbs down from me.

Service was very good and as advertised in terms of delivery. The Active Era King air bed is superb (so far). Easy to use, very comfortable for two people, and great for when guests stay in my apartment. Worth the money.
