The mattress has already given me some excellent nights sleep; nearly as comfortable as my £1200 mattress at home. Delivery was as promised next day and packaging was great.

Good price, arrived next day at no extra cost.
Would recommend airing for at least a week before using as the new bed smell is pungent.

We've used AE beds several times when visiting family so we already knew they were comfortable and hard-wearing. Order processed quickly, arrived on time in good condition.

The single airbed I bought was 180cm in length when fully inflated, not 187cm as advertised. I'm 5 ft 2" and my feet dangle over the edge. I sent a video showing the issue to Active Era, and they want ME to pay to send their useless item back. It's many kg in weight so would be very expensive. I'm now on the phone to Trading Standards as Active Era clearly don't care about their customers. What a shame.
