I had problems with the delivery service. I ordered the bed on the strength of the 24hr delivery (as well as liking/choosing the bed itself). It didn't arrive in time for us going away which wss sort of the whole point! (of course it will come on handy down the line).
The bed itself seems good (needs to be tested over time). I like the option to be avle to blow it up manually - good idea. For the money however, ( i bought a similar bed couple of years ago from Tesco for £50), i would have expected a nice cloth drawstring bag to keep it in like my Tesco one. This is disappointing.

I am please with the mattress but it was delivered to the wrong address. By looking at the photo sent to me as a prove of delivery I was able to find the package around my area. I was just very lucky because it was on a different road and house number but still not far from where I live.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I HAVE BOUGHT TWO BEDS AS GIFTS FOR FRIENDS THIS YEAR THIS YEAR WHO ARE DELIGHTED WITH THEM. ONE HAD AN ISSUE WITH A BED AND CONTACTED THE COMPANY WHO DEALT WITH THE PROBLEM STRAIGHT AWAY OFFERING A TOTAL REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT, THEY ACCEPTED THE LATTER.

Product is excellent - very easy to set up and have had no complaints from its elderly user, who seems very happy with it. Its height being that of a normal bed means she can get up from it herself, which was very important.
Service was amazing - ordered Friday and actually arrived Sunday rather than the advertised Monday!
All in all, delighted with my purchase - and I don't often say that!

First Class service provided all round.
The two luxury king size inflatable beds we recently purchased have been in full use for almost two weeks and are super comfy, allowing for a peaceful nights sleep. Would definitely recommend these beds to anyone wishing to purchase a top quality inflatable bed that feels just as comfortable as most non inflatable standard built beds. Many thanks.

The website was clear and helpful and delivery was super quick.
I eventually found what i was looking for on the Active Era website, an inflatable camping mattress suitable for my 6' 2" height. Expensive, yes, but well constructed and seems to be very stable and comfortable. It's quite heavy at 6kg but that's an indication of the quality and I don't plan to carry it far anyway.
The rechargeable electric pump is brilliant, allowing inflation in the sleeping area rather than trying to wrestle an inflated mattress into the tent.
